At La Crosse Technology, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your weather station or clock does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the device in its original packaging, including all sensors, power adapters, and instruction manuals to ensure a valid return.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
