Why isn't my outdoor sensor connecting to the station?
Ensure both units are using fresh alkaline batteries and are within the effective transmission range. Try a hard reset by removing batteries from both units for 15 minutes, then inserting them into the sensor first followed by the station.
How long does it take for the atomic clock to sync?
The atomic signal is strongest at night. It typically takes 2 to 24 hours for the clock to receive the WWVB radio signal and set itself automatically.
What is your return policy for electronic items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. All electronics are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
